A Simple Guide on how to Send Fax Using our Faxing App on iOS and Android devices:

Step 1. Open the app, sign in or create a new account in seconds.

Step 2. Tap “Reserve a New Fax Number” to get a temporary fax number assigned to you. Once you have reserved a new fax number, you’ll also have an option to keep this number permanent – which is recommended if you’re planning on using the app in the future.

Then go to “Compose a Fax” to create a new fax message.

Step 3. At the top of the screen enter the fax number of the recipient, add your cover letter note and by clicking the plus symbol, add the pages to fax.

Step 4. You can scan a new page by taking a photo with your smart device, or use an existing photo from your library or a Dropbox cloud.

Step 5. The app allows for an easy scan of pages, you can select the borders of your document to avoid scanning the background.

Step 6. You can select and fax multiple pages at once, to select another page – simply tap the plus symbol beside the “Pages to fax” section. Once you’re ready, press “send fax”. If you have made a mistake, you can simply remove individual pages or start over.

Step 7. Once sent, your main app screen will display the history of sent and received faxes to this number. Hence, it’s always a good idea to keep your fax number permanent to receive all replies in one place.
