SIDE JOBZ Reviews – South Lyon, MI | Angi

I contacted Mark around October 2016 about some seemingly simple siding repair. I sent him a picture of the damage, he quoted me $150 for the repair to which I agreed, although I thought it was a bit expensive for what seemed like less than an hour of labor and no itemized invoice of parts required. His contractor showed up in a reasonable timeframe, spent less than 30 minutes on the repair, I paid him, and he left. Fast forward a few months, and I noticed that the exact same issue with the siding has returned. I contacted Mark and let him know that I was unimpressed with his company’s workmanship. We exchanged a few emails, he sounded like he would fix the situation, and I waited. And waited. Fast forward a few weeks later to now, I called and left a voicemail, to which he has not responded. Bottom line: I have been underwhelmed by his customer service, underwhelmed by his company’s workmanship, and underwhelmed by his billing methodology. I would not recommend his services to anyone. Granted, my job was a seemingly small one, but everything about it was handled poorly, in my opinion.
