Very well put together. Organized and easy to navigate. Very useful words and phrases, and pronunciation guide is excellent. Easy to use for beginners or as a “brush up”. So worth buying the Pro version!

Unauthorized Charges

Pretty good app to learn from but I bought the upgrade and have been charged 3 times already for the $8.99 in a month? So idk if it’s supposed to be a one time purchase or monthly because it didn’t say. Regardless going to have to delete so I hopefully don’t get charged more so be careful with purchasing.

As someone who is trying to learn how to speak their native language this is by far the best. I usually can’t find Lao on other apps I’m so happy there is one. Although I can understand my language I can’t speak it and this app has giving me the basics and and has helped me communicate with my family. If you are looking for the best way to learn Lao this app is the way to go.

Great app

Just started using the app. So far so good. Learning to communicate with my in-laws and my husband. English is his second language as his language is my trying 2nd. I love the quizzes on the app. Other sources didn’t fit my needs or were a little frustrating to learn. This is simple and concise. Only thing I wish the translator would speak a little slower. I have to hit the audio several times for it to sink in. Perhaps it’s just my brain that takes forever to process how she says the words. anyway khobchai keep up the awesome work!

Practice, Practice, Practice!

It’s pretty basic stuff to anyone who knows the Lao language, but for beginners it’s going to take some time to learn the correct tones and dialects. Wish they would have some sort of Lao alphabet for beginners similar to the English alphabet A, B’s and C’s, but it’s a start 🙂

Really good

Honestly I don’t know why there aren’t more review for this app it is awesome and very useful to catch up or learn a word or two really fast. You do have to purchase the upgrade for higher phrases but honestly the price is overly expensive cheaper then buying other Lao language learning tools or book. I recommend if you want to learn Lao other apps teach Thai not Lao but claim it is Lao these are actual Lao words.

Find out how to delete Simply Learn Lao on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App.
3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
