Taskito user interface, usability and features

Take control of your day and make sure that you can finish all of your pending tasks without having to worry about missing anything. Seizing the day is possible when you use Taskito.

To use Taskito, you must first download it on your device. You can use it on the following devices:

• computer (must have an Android emulator)

I downloaded it on my mobile device since I am mostly plan my schedule on my phone. I opened Google PlayStore and search for Taskito there and it appeared right away.

App interface

After downloading the app, the first thing you will see when you open it would be a prompt telling you what you can do when you use it.

There are four major things that you can do: create a project, make a note, add a task and import a template.

Setting up a task

Setting up a task is very easy in Taskito. All you need to do is put the name of the task and input the time you want the app to remind you to do it.

You can also select what type of priority level your task is. Each level would have a different color. In this case, I chose high, and it showed in red font.

For setting up repeating tasks, you just need to choose what days of the week the task repeats and it will automatically apply once you save it. For the task I made, I had it repeated daily.

Tag details

Putting in specific tags for your tasks or your schedule is helpful. For example, if you make a tag for a certain word, all things related to it would appear when you search for it.

When you search for a tag, the app will show you all the places your tag appears, whether it is on your tasks, your notes or your projects.

You can also set the color of your tag for easy sorting. For this specific tag I made of water, I chose a blue-green color.

Timeline view

Probably one of the most sought-after things in a planning app would be the timeline view because this helps out on looking at your pending tasks.

Taskito allows you to view your tasks and projects on both a daily and monthly view. You can also customize your timeline according to how you want the order of the items to be.

I personally like checking things on a daily view so I can easily mark the things that I have already done. However, I found that the monthly view is also useful to check future plans.

Pending task checker

For you to not forget anything, planning is essential. The app offers you an unplanned task section that reminds you of tasks that you have not dated or assigned.

On the other hand, it also has a section that shows you tasks that are overdue so that you have a good grasp of where you currently are at the moment regarding your tasks.

I found the art showing you have no unplanned or overdue task quite amusing. It would surely motivate you to keep things that way so you can see them.

Create notes

Creating notes is an essential thing for a planning app. Taskito allows you to create your notes according to how you want it to be.

You can set a specific priority on them, add checklists or even add them to a specific project you want. Everything is done with ease and easily organized.

I made quite a few notes with checklists and was surprised that the note preface had the number of things I put in the checklist with the number of things I have already done.

Theme selection

You do not have to get used to a white background theme on the Taskito app. You actually have a lot of theme choices to pick from.

I tried on two themes before settling on the Aqua theme because I find it soothing to the eyes. The left is the dark theme and the one on the right is the Aqua theme.

Templates

Making tasks should not be as time-consuming as people make it out to be. Templates help a lot so that you would not need to keep setting up the way you want your tasks to look.

Workspace

The workspace section allows you to check how productive you have been within a week. You can also press the dates weekly to compare them.

You can also add tasks, reminders, notes and templates by going to the workspace.

Taskito has many amazing features that you can use, from making notes to repeating tasks to making templates so you can save time. It is an all-around app to help you organize your day.

Taskito has three options for you to go premium: a monthly plan, a yearly plan, and a lifetime plan. The amount of time you get premium features depends on the plan you avail.
